Must haves for capturing Second Life memories.

I’ve had Gyazo forever, and it’s saved me so much trouble in the past. Gyazo is a software that instantly screen caps and uploads those screen caps to the internet in seconds. What a hassle it was in the past.

And now, there is GifCam, that can record movement on your desktop and turn it into an animated gif. This is great for recording your avatar, webcam videos (my friends at Violet might find this useful for tinychat), or tutorials and sharing them fast on SLX Connect or Plurk. However, unlike Gyazo, there isn’t instant uploading or hosting, but it’s still a really great tool. I made this video to give you guys a short intro on what Gyazo and GifCam are and how to use them.

If you tried it out, or found it useful, please let me know here, or on flickr by leaving a comment. It’ll help me for future posts.
